RSAU SALAMUN Mobile: An Online Registration App for Patients

RSAU SALAMUN Mobile is a free Android application developed by RSAU dr M SALAMUN, designed for patients who want to register online at the RSAU Dr M Salamun hospital. Currently, online registration is only available for patients who already have an RM number at the hospital and will receive outpatient treatment. Patients can register online for a polyclinic control appointment by entering their RM number, date of birth, and selecting the preferred date. However, patients can only register once a day with one device. After registering online, patients will receive a polyclinic queue number.

The application also allows patients to print their registration proof, which they must bring on the day of their appointment. Patients who want to reprint their registration proof can do so through the online registration list on the registration form page. The registration proof must be presented at the online registration counter (counters 2 and 3). Patients who have registered online are advised to arrive on time (at least one hour before the doctor's polyclinic schedule). Patients who are late on the scheduled day and time must take a manual queue number.
